Job Description:
ProCare Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a dedicated team in Helena, AZ. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with students, providing speech and language therapy to help them excel both in and out of the classroom.
Responsibilities:
- Perform speech and language evaluations and develop tailored therapy plans (SLPs).
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and parents to ensure effective communication strategies and progress.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and progress reports.
- Actively participate in team meetings to discuss students' needs and ongoing development.
Qualifications:
- Active SLP or SLPA license in Arizona.
- Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- A passion for helping children succeed in their communication and academic goals.
