Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders (SLP).
- Assist in delivering therapy sessions based on treatment plans (SLPA).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet client needs.
- Monitor client progress and make adjustments to goals as necessary.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educators to ensure consistent care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and evaluations.

Qualifications:
- SLP: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and active Wisconsin SLP license.
- SLPA: Completed SLPA program and active Wisconsin SLPA license.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- A passion for helping clients achieve their communication goals.
