Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity Near Floresville, TX
Soliant is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a school district near Floresville, TX. This role focuses on providing speech-language pathology services to students, including assessment and therapeutic intervention for speech, voice, and language disorders. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering student success through tailored support and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver speech-language therapy to students with identified needs
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and voice disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress
- Provide interventions aimed at reducing or eliminating communication challenges
- Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Texas SLP license
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment and therapy planning skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
