Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Park Hills, Missouri. As an SLP, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and provide therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' communication skills and overall quality of life.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience in a school setting
- IEP experience preferred but not required
- Experience with AAC devices
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals
- Providing therapy services to address articulation, language comprehension, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties
- Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes
- Documenting patient progress, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to regulatory requirements
