Speech Language Pathologist Opening (SLP) Virginia
Salem, VA
Soliant is seeking a licensed Remote Speech Pathologist (SLP) to provide tele speech services to a school district located in Northeast Virginia. As a Remote Speech Language Pathologist, you will provide speech and language services to an assigned caseload from the comfort of your home.
Details:
- 2023-24 School Year
- Full Time, 35 hours/week
- Caseload will be discussed during the interview, based on school need and professional experience

Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress
Requirements:
- A valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Professional Liability insurance coverage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
