Key Responsibilities:
- Assess & Plan: Conduct thorough assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities, creating tailored therapy plans focused on articulation, fluency, voice, and language challenges.
- Enhance Skills: Implement targeted therapy strategies to improve communication skills, positively impacting academic performance and social interactions.
- Collaborate: Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support a comprehensive approach to each student’s growth.
- Document Progress: Keep accurate records of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports to monitor each student’s development and communicate updates with stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a valid Washington SLP license.
- Experience: Previous experience with students who have diverse needs is beneficial.
- Skills: Strong collaboration and communication abilities to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
