Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. In this role, you will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders, helping them achieve their full potential in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
