Job Posting: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Lincoln, CA
Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, hourly contract position in Lincoln, CA, for the remainder of the school year. This position involves working with students in a supportive school environment, providing speech therapy services to enhance communication and language skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping students succeed and committed to providing high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, staff, and parents.
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Offer strategies and interventions to support students’ academic and functional success in the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active California Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
