We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Provide therapy to clients of all ages, focusing on their specific communication needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to enhance patient outcomes.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure and/or certification (CCC-SLP preferred).
- Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of speech and language disorders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
