Speech Language Pathologist Needed near Taylor, TX
Job Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Taylor, TX. This opportunity offers a full school year contract, providing essential speech and language services to students within a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans and interventions based on assessment outcomes.
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress and achievement.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Texas state license or certification as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Prior experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
