Description:
Soliant Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Dayton, OH. This role offers a comprehensive school year contract, providing essential speech and language services within a supportive educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough screenings, assessments, and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement customized therapy plans and interventions based on assessment results.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually and in group settings, focusing on achieving communication goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress and success.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and Individualized Education Program (IEP) objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Ohio state license or certification as an SLP.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
