ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year in Wenatchee, WA. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to improving student outcomes and will work collaboratively within a school-based setting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school-based meetings.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
