We are looking for a skilled and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Milton, for a full-time school-based position. The ideal candidate will provide speech and language therapy to students, supporting their communication skills and overall academic success. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's goals.
- Provide direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support students' progress.
- Document and track student progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active FL state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
