Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Claremont, CA. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. You will work with clients across all age groups, providing personalized therapy to enhance their communication skills and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions, tracking and reporting client progress.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other healthcare professionals to optimize care.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Current California State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
