Position: School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Greenwood, IN
Employment Type: Hourly Contracted Position through Soliant Education
Term: 2024-2025 School Year
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional speech and language services to students, following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities
- Design and implement customized therapy plans to meet students' communication needs
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and school staff to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and services provided
- Participate actively in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
