Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Opportunity

Position Overview:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Cottage Grove, MN! We welcome applications from both new graduates (SLP Clinical Fellows) and those with CCC. No experience with AAC devices is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to support student communication.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Maintain documentation and comply with all regulatory standards.
- Attend IEP meetings to discuss student progress and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Current state licensure as an SLP in Minnesota (or eligibility for CF).
- Open to new graduates (SLP CF or CCC).
- No prior AAC device experience necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
