Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time Position in Key West, FL
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is actively seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a vibrant school district in Key West, FL. This full-time opportunity allows you to work with students in an engaging environment while making a significant impact on their communication skills and academic achievements.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication challenges in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address students’ needs.
- Provide therapy services to improve articulation, language, fluency, and other speech disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to ensure cohesive support for student success.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in schools is a plus but not required.
