Soliant Education is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Aurora, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students for the remainder of the school year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment & Therapy: Provide comprehensive assessments and therapy services for students with speech and language disorders.
- IEP Development: Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Collaboration: Work alongside teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student communication goals.
- Progress Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
- Professional Engagement: Participate in team meetings and seek out professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Current Colorado state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
