Job Overview:
Soliant is looking for a motivated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. This position involves evaluating and treating students with speech, language, and communication challenges. Clinical Fellows (CFs) are highly encouraged to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in CT.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a school environment.
