ProCare Therapy is working with a district in the Alma, Arkansas area who is in need for a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team! In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language and communication disorders to help students succeed academically and socially. THIS POSITION WILL BE FOR THE 25/26 SY
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication needs
- Educate and provide strategies to teachers and families to support speech and language development
- Working with an Elementary and High School caseload
- Master’s degree in communication sciences and Disorders
- Current AR Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) OR Clinical Fellow Year (CF) required
- Must pass background checks and meet state/local certification requirements
