Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity – Hyde Park, MA
Looking for a rewarding role in a school district? ProCare Therapy is partnering with a fantastic school district in Hyde Park, MA, to hire a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist for the current and upcoming school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Effective Communication – Assist students in expressing their thoughts clearly, both verbally and in writing.
- Enhance Cognitive Skills – Strengthen memory, focus, and problem-solving abilities to improve learning outcomes.
- Refine Speech & Vocal Clarity – Help students with pronunciation, tone, and volume to boost their confidence.
- Assess & Address Speech Challenges – Develop targeted strategies for students with speech, fluency, and voice disorders.
- Provide Alternative Communication Tools – Equip non-verbal students with the necessary technology and resources.
- Develop Social & Academic Communication – Teach students how to engage effectively in conversations and classroom interactions.
- Ensure Safe Swallowing & Eating – Support students with swallowing difficulties to promote their health and safety.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must hold an active Massachusetts SLP license (Clinical Fellows welcome to apply).
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Experience: School-based experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Pay – $45–$55 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
