Speech Language Pathologist - Full Time

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of students’ speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet each student's needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress.
- Provide direct therapy services and track student progress consistently.
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to setting student goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred but not required for new grads and CFs.
- Previous school experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of students and staff.
