Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Selbyville, DE
Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a full-time role with school districts in the Selbyville, DE area. We are looking for professionals dedicated to helping students develop essential communication skills.
Requirements:
Applicants must meet all local and state requirements to be considered for this position, including:
- Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certification: Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License
- Additional Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for a Delaware Department of Education certification
- Experience: Previous experience as a Speech Language Pathologist in a school setting is required
- Must meet any additional district-specific requirements

Job Responsibilities:
As a Speech Language Pathologist, responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting assessments and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) to address student needs
- Providing therapy services in individual and group settings
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing professional recommendations
- Staying updated on best practices and regulations in speech therapy for school settings
