Speech Language Pathologist Full Time Job

Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position. We are looking for a dedicated professional to provide essential speech and language services to students, supporting their communication and academic success.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Must hold a valid SLP license
- Experience: Prior experience in a school setting is preferred
- Certifications: ASHA CCCs preferred; must meet all state and local certification requirements
- Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
- Therapeutic Services: Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, addressing communication disorders that impact academic performance
- Assessments: Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of each student
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create and implement strategies that support student success
- Progress Monitoring: Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Education: Provide training and resources to school staff and families to enhance student communication skills
