Dates: ASAP - June 12, 2025
Pay Rate: $45-48/hour (rate dependent on virtual experience)
Schedule:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days per week
- Work hours: 8:15 AM - 3:45 PM
Caseload:
- Elementary students
- Small student caseload for more focused intervention
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to provide remote therapy services to elementary school students. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing treatment for students with speech and language impairments in a virtual setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual assessments and develop individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct speech therapy sessions to elementary-aged students.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to track student progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy services and progress.
- Participate in virtual meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Delaware state licensure.
- Experience working with elementary-aged children.
- Strong communication and virtual teletherapy skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a small caseload.
- Must be licensed to practice as an SLP in the state of Delaware.
