Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our partner school district in Roxboro, NC. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills and overall development. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
- Deliver therapy to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active North Carolina SLP license (or eligibility).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows welcome to apply.
- Experience in a school setting or working with pediatric populations is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
