Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, hourly contract position for the remainder of the school year. This role involves providing speech therapy services to students in a supportive school environment, helping them improve communication and language skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to supporting students’ success and delivering high-quality therapy services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments and collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Track student progress and make adjustments to therapy goals as needed.
- Offer strategies and interventions to support students’ academic success and overall development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active CT Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
