Position Overview:
- Location: New Jersey (specific district discussed during the interview)
- Employment Type: Full-time, onsite
- Caseload: K-12 students
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide both direct and indirect therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other professionals to promote student success
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Eligible for New Jersey SLP licensure
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for working with children in a school-based setting
