Job Description: Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (CFY) to join our team in Newark, Delaware. In this role, you will work with a diverse caseload of patients, providing evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Delaware state license or eligibility for licensure
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or pending
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Experience with AAC devices is preferred
- IEP experience and knowledge is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy to improve communication, articulation, and swallowing function
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
