Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and participate in ongoing evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's specific needs and goals.
- Provide direct therapy services targeting speech, language, voice, fluency, and social communication skills.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress in the classroom.
- Attend and contribute to Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
- Document and track students' progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as necessary.
- Work under the guidance of a licensed SLP supervisor, receiving mentorship and support throughout your clinical fellowship.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship licensure in California.
- Strong passion for working with children and helping them achieve their communication goals.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
