Job Description:
Kick-start your career with an enriching role as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) in Reno, NV. We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Fellow to join our school-based team, where you’ll gain invaluable experience in assessing and treating communication disorders. Work alongside experienced SLPs, who will mentor you and help develop your skills, allowing you to make a significant impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to identify students’ needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders.
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress.
- Document progress and adjust therapy plans as needed to ensure each student’s success.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship with state licensure in Nevada.
- Passion for working with school-aged children and addressing their communication needs.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
