Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Clinical Fellow (SLP CF) to join our team in Fillmore, California. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Assist in the assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning for students with communication disorders.
- Support students in meeting their Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals related to speech and language development.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing updates on student progress and collaborating with the IEP team.
- Develop and implement therapy strategies to enhance speech, language, and communication skills.
- Provide consultation to teachers and parents regarding strategies to support students’ communication needs in the classroom and at home.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including progress notes, therapy plans, and other required documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to support your growth as an SLP.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- California state licensure (or eligible) as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Clinical Fellowship (CF) required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their speech and language goals.
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to meet the individual needs of students.
- Eagerness to learn and grow under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
