Job Overview: Soliant is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. In this role, you will work closely with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, playing a key role in their educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student.
- Provide therapy sessions to address a range of communication challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.
- Maintain detailed records and track student progress.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure in DE.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship (CF) candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a school environment is an advantage.
