Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time role will primarily serve as a rover, addressing site needs across multiple locations within the San Diego, California area.
Qualifications:

SLP Applicants:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Preferably bilingual (Spanish/English), but not mandatory.

SLPA Applicants:
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English is mandatory.
- Spanish fluency is a requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language services to students across various sites.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and services provided.

Requirements:
- Appropriate state licensure and certification for SLP or SLPA.
- Proven experience working in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel between sites as needed.
