Position Overview:
A dedicated school district near Little Rock, AR, is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This role is ideal for experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs) who are eager to make a difference in students’ lives by helping them overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to diagnose disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ overall development.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to district and state standards.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Arkansas state SLP license or eligibility.
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply; supervision and mentorship will be provided.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
