Job Overview: We are actively hiring multiple Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) to provide services to students across various school settings near High Point, NC. In this role, you will work with children experiencing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges. You’ll collaborate with educators, special education teams, and families to create individualized plans and support students' academic success. This is a fantastic opportunity for CCC-SLPs who are looking to make a direct impact in the educational environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Create and implement personalized therapy plans and IEPs.
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to provide comprehensive speech services.
- Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering input on student communication goals.
- Ensure compliance with school, state, and federal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but will consider candidates without CCC from ASHA as well.
- Valid North Carolina SLP license.
- Experience in a school or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative educational team.
