Soliant is seeking a skilled and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position in Evanston, IL. In this school-based role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. You will play a critical role in helping students reach their academic and personal potential through individualized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication challenges in students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide therapy in individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and document student performance and progress

Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Licensure: Valid Illinois SLP license (or ability to obtain before the start date)
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience: Prior experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to manage a diverse caseload
