Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to work in a school district in Berlin, NH.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with diverse communication needs.
- Document and track student progress during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success.
- Prepare and organize therapy materials as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Maintain compliance with district and state regulations for SLPA practice.
Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current SLPA license in New Hampshire.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
