Position Details:

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in providing therapy services to students.
- Implement therapy plans and activities as directed by the supervising SLP.
- Support students with speech and language exercises to improve communication skills.
- Document therapy sessions and monitor progress with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to enhance student outcomes.
- Prepare and maintain materials and spaces for therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Washington SLPA certification or eligibility to obtain licensure.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
