Speech Language Pathologist Assistant - SLPA

Position Overview:
Soliant Education is seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students in Franklin, IN for the remainder of the current school year. This position offers both full-time and part-time hours, with the potential for contract renewal based on performance. If you are committed to helping students improve their communication skills, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) in delivering speech therapy services
- Conduct screenings and support speech and language assessments
- Provide individual or group therapy sessions to students
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to implement therapy plans
- Support students in achieving their speech and language goals
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Disorders or a related field
- Valid Indiana State SLPA License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Position Details:
- Flexible Full or Part-Time hours
- Hourly contract position
- Immediate start, lasting through the end of the school year with the potential for renewal
- Competitive hourly rate
