Job Summary:
As a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, you will support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in providing essential services to students with communication challenges. Your role is vital in creating an effective and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans under the guidance of a licensed SLP.
- Provide direct support to students during therapy sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and assist in documentation.
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and staff to address student needs.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
- Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant in Colorado.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
