Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) – Full-Time

Location: Silverdale, WA

Job Type: Full-Time, Contract

ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district in Silverdale, WA. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students while working closely with a supervising Speech-Language Pathologist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans designed by the supervising SLP.
  • Record and document student progress, including preparing charts, graphs, and performance records.
  • Support the SLP during assessments by preparing materials and assisting in evaluations.
  • Complete clerical tasks such as scheduling and organizing activities.
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of therapy equipment.
  • Collect and report data to support quality improvement efforts.

Requirements:

  • Active Washington SLPA license or certification
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset to work effectively as part of a team
