Position: Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Cambridge, MA
Details:
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Onsite, within a collaborative and innovative school setting
- Duties:
- Aid in conducting thorough speech and language assessments
- Assist in creating and executing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student development
- Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans
- Conduct one-on-one or small group therapy sessions under SLP supervision
Requirements:
- Valid licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant
- Experience or willingness to work with middle school students
- Ability to thrive in a school-based environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to improving students' communication skills
