ProCare Therapy is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Brockton, MA, for the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time position offers the opportunity to support a diverse group of students, making a lasting impact on their speech and language development.
Position: Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Location: Brockton, MA
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard school hours
Duration: Full school year
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in conducting speech and language assessments under SLP supervision
- Support therapy plan development and implementation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to promote student success
- Provide direct therapy in individual and group settings
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and progress
Requirements:
- Valid Massachusetts SLPA license
- Experience in educational settings is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Bilingual abilities are a bonus but not required
