Location: Brea, CA
Schedule: Full-time
Duration: 11/4/24 to 5/30/24
Caseload: K-12 students
Pay Range: $37-$45 per hour
ProCare Therapy is looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time position in Brea, CA. In this role, you will be working closely with a licensed SLP to support K-12 students in improving their speech and language abilities. Role Responsibilities:
- Assist the SLP in providing therapy to students with communication disorders
- Implement treatment plans as directed by the SLP
- Record student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Help prepare materials for therapy sessions and support the SLP with daily tasks
- Collaborate with educators and school staff to ensure the success of students’ therapy
Qualifications:
- Active California SLPA license
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Experience in a school setting is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
