Job Description:
Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team for a school-based position in Woodland, CA. The SLPA will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide therapy services to students, helping them improve their communication and language skills. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing speech and language therapy plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual or group settings.
- Support the Speech-Language Pathologist in documenting student progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication goals.
- Prepare materials and activities for therapy sessions.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program or related field.
- Valid California SLPA license.
- School-based experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
