Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Job - Poway, CA

Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Contract: School-based
- Start Date: As Soon As Possible
- End Date: June 2025
- Caseload: K-12th grade
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to support students with speech and language disorders.
- Implement therapy plans and activities designed to enhance communication skills.
- Work one-on-one or in small groups with students to address their individual needs.
- Assist in tracking and documenting student progress.
- Maintain open communication with school staff, parents, and caregivers.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or relevant field.
- California SLPA licensure or eligibility.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
