Contract Duration: Until the End of the School Year (Renewal Based on Performance)
Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Terrell, TX. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates, and the role is based in a supportive school setting. As a contracted SLP with Soliant, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing speech therapy services to students, helping them achieve their communication goals and succeed academically.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to students in the school setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Manage caseload and document progress for each student.
- Develop and conduct group and individual therapy sessions.
- Maintain professional and timely communication with all stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate (based on experience).
- Full-time or part-time availability.
- Position through Soliant, with potential renewal for the next school year based on performance.
