Soliant Education is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Portland, OR. This contract position offers both full-time and part-time options, providing the flexibility you need to make a meaningful impact on students’ speech and language development for the rest of the school year.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field
- Current state licensure as an SLPA in Oregon
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist with providing therapy services
- Implement therapy plans developed by the SLP, under their supervision
- Help with speech and language assessments and tracking student progress
- Lead small group or individual therapy sessions for students
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes
