Blazer Jobs is seeking an experienced School Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time contract position in Fayetteville, NC (NSY). This normal school year (NSY) role offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with students and assist in implementing individualized speech-language therapy plans under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support licensed Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering direct therapy services.
  • Assist in the implementation of individualized therapy plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Document therapy sessions and monitor student progress.
  • Adapt therapy techniques to accommodate individual student needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active North Carolina registration or eligibility for SLPA certification.
  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program (associate’s degree or certificate).
  • Prior experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
